General Policy
All purchases made through the Humsafar Boutique are final and non-returnable under normal circumstances.
In the rare instance that you receive a faulty, damaged, or incomplete ready-to-wear article, please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Once the item is returned to our facility and inspected by our Quality Assurance Department, and your claim is verified, you will be offered either:
- A refund, or
- An Online Store Credit, equivalent to the item’s value (excluding shipping charges).
Refunds are processed within 21 working days after approval.
Please note that requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery cannot be entertained.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
A 3% cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
After 24 hours, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
Online Store Credit
- Issued upon approval by our Customer Care Team.
- May be used to purchase any item of equal value from our online boutique.
- Valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Made-to-Order / Custom-Stitched Outfits
Each Made-to-Order or Custom-Stitched outfit is crafted exclusively for you.
Such items are therefore not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Sale & Promotional Items
Products purchased during sale events or promotional offers are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
Important Notes
- If a shipment is held by Customs in the destination country, it is the customer’s responsibility to liaise with the authorities and provide any required documentation.
Humsafar Boutique will not be liable for refunds or replacements in cases of non-clearance or refusal to pay customs charges. - If an order is refused at delivery, no refund or compensation will be offered.
Shipping & Delivery
We make every effort to deliver your order promptly. However, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to customs procedures or other external factors.
Delivery timelines may extend by 5–6 working days or more in such cases.
Humsafar Boutique is not responsible for such delays, whether domestic or international.
